- He become a coach since 1982. He is the first person who conducted the first year round Alberta Junior Training Camp in Alberta since 1982.
- He has coached many juniors and adults in Alberta. Mainly in Calgary. probably in hundreds.
- Some Calgary juniors even make it to the Alberta Provincial Junior Team
- Some of his athletes captured gold, silver and bronze in the National Juniors Championships.
- one of his athlete who won all the Boy's Single categories (Elementary, Junior High and Senior High) at the Calgary School Table Tennis Championships.
- He worked with the Alberta Head Coach as the manager or coach for Canada Winter Games in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007.
- In 1999 Canada Winter Games, Alberta captured the Gold medal for the team event.
- In 2003 Canada Winter Games, Alberta captured the Bronze medal for the team event.
- In 2007 Canada Winter Games, Alberta captured the Bronze medal for the team event.
- He did a lot of demostration all over in Alberta: Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Lethbridge, Medician Hat, Edmonton and Calgary...etc.
- He had trained many Level I coaches (technical) in Alberta: Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Edmonton and Calgary...etc.

** - Course Conductor - Technical = a level higher coach (must be certify as a course conductor) who can train any person to become a coach in technical. For example: Level II Certify Coach only can become a Level I Course Conductor
